Check out the first picture of JK Simmons as Commissioner Gordon in 'Justice League'




Executive Zack Snyder has shared the main picture of JK Simmons as Commissioner Gordon in one year from now's Justice League film.

The Oscar-winning Whiplash performer follows in the strides of Gary Oldman and the late Pat Hingle, who beforehand played the Gotham City Police Department manager on the wide screen.

Snyder shared the photo on Twitter yesterday (September 17) to observe DC Comics' "Batman Day".

Photographs of Simmons preparing in the rec center for the part circulated around the web in June and the on-screen character's fitness coach later said his objective was to have "wiped out arms".

Simmons' Commissioner Gordon is a piece of an expansive outfit cast that Snyder has gathered for Justice League, including Ben Affleck's Batman, Henry Cavill's Superman, Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa's Aquaman, Ezra Miller's Flash and Ray Fisher's Cyborg. In June, Snyder conceded that the tone of Justice League has changed in light of feedback leveled at Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice, which he likewise coordinated.
